You will evaluate and treat diverse patient populations, implement evidence-based interventions, and work within a multidisciplinary team to restore function and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current and valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with strong computer skills.
• The ability to establish rapport and trust with patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical condition and creating tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and aligned with individual patient goals, encompassing diverse modalities such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to guide patients through progressive exercises and rehabilitation protocols that focus on functional restoration.
• Maintain clear and open communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to care.
• Monitor patient progress, re-evaluating treatment strategies as needed to enhance outcomes and effectiveness.
• Participate in community outreach programs and contribute to a culture of education, empowering patients and caregivers through training and resources.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to drive collaborative treatment efforts and optimize patient outcomes.
