Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of North Memphis is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting in Bartlett, TN. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize recovery outcomes.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, building strong patient relationships, and celebrating progress as patients regain independence and function.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
