Ascension Saint Thomas Rehabilitation Hospital in Nashville, TN seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehab team. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, implement modalities, and document progress to support high-quality care.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, TN state licensure, and BLS within 30 days of hire; inpatient rehab experience is preferred. Lifepoint Health offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• TN state licensure in Occupational Therapy required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient's ability to safely and effectively perform occupational skills.
• Designs the appropriate plan of care, including type and frequency of treatment.
• Implements the treatment plan using appropriate modalities.
• Documents subjective and objective findings of patient progress.
• Monitors and modifies the plan of care as needed; seeks consultation as necessary.
• Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits.
• Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services and treatment setting.
• Supervises and delegates care provided by assistants and therapy technicians as allowed.
