Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy to patients in Boise, ID. You will assess, plan, and administer OT services to help patients regain independence in daily activities.

Under the guidance of the Branch Director, you will educate families and collaborate with the care team to implement the plan of care and adjust it as needed. A strong patient-centered approach and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an OT in the state where practicing.
• One year of experience preferred; can be less with regional approval based on prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Help patients in the home improve daily living skills and basic motor functions.
• Deliver skilled OT services under physician orders and plan of care, under supervision of the Branch Director.
