Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed or in the process to obtain licensure in CA to work in SNF/LTC settings.

This contract position offers a 5x8 days schedule with benefits including weekly pay, licensure reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and CEU support. Housing accommodations or lodging per diems may be available for eligible assignments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent OT experience in SNF or LTC
• Current OT license within the state of practice (CA) or in process

Responsibilities
