Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations.
• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
