You will provide comprehensive ocular health evaluations, prescribe eyewear and contact lenses, and manage eye diseases while pursuing productivity and patient satisfaction goals.

The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, strong patient communication, and building relationships with physicians, pharmacies, and senior care facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state optometry license or be actively pursuing licensure.
• Demonstrates ability to diagnose and manage ocular conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary eye care including ocular health evaluations and management of eye conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain efficient staffing and coverage in clinic offices.
• Maintain licensure through continuing education and professional development.
• Participate in ancillary staff training to ensure a well-rounded team delivering excellent service.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, pharmacies, nursing homes, and others to enhance eye care networks.
• Attend regular meetings to discuss operations and team goals.
• Apply best practices to provide the highest standard of patient care.
