Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support recurring operational functions and processes across the Water Transfer unit. You will help ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal policies.

The essential duties include monitoring workflows, tracking processes, and proposing procedural improvements to boost efficiency. A non-exempt, full-time role with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of related work experience.
• Highschool diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes or monitors organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
• Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions.
• Implements procedural changes meant to improve performance or efficiency.
