Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver compassionate, patient-centered OT services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will assess needs, develop personalized care plans, provide direct care, supervise treatments, and help patients regain independence.

Must hold a current state OT license; BLS/CPR within 30 days. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent communication and empathy with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT care to patients in need of therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs.
