Qualifications include active OT licensure and CPR; Master’s preferred.

• Active OT licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with significant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in need of OT services.
