As part of Providence, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate OT services per AOTA guidelines, with therapy delivered under physician orders. Eligible external hires may receive a $5,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• OT degree: Bachelors, Masters or PhD
• Alaska OT License required on hire
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) on hire

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate OT services per AOTA guidelines
• Daily therapy performed under physician orders in Alaska
