Responsibilities

• Consult with rehab team to tailor activity programs.
• Instruct residents in skills and techniques and track progress.
• Adapt programs to individual needs.
• Attend care conferences and related meetings.
• Lead training programs for staff in OT techniques.
• Requisition supplies and equipment as needed.
• Maintain and report on equipment status and repairs.
• Supervise supportive OT personnel.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents and families.
