Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio.
• NBCOT Registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interprets medical history and performs a functional evaluation for adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Establishes and reviews treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
• Develops measurable, realistic goals aligned with patient goals.
• Delivers therapy with evidence-based techniques and adjusts progress as needed.
• Maintains therapeutic relationships with patient, family, physician and caregivers.
