Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Falls Church, VA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support a newly remodeled Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. This role offers 30-40 hours per week with compensation of $45-$52 per hour and easy access to Route 66 and the Capital Beltway, just outside Arlington.

You will assess patients, create and educate targeted treatment plans, document progress, and advocate for clients to access community resources.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist or licensure eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment to evaluate physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Create and educate personalized treatment plans to meet goals.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in records.
• Advocate for clients and help access community resources and accommodations.
