Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

• Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and monitor progress toward recovery.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support holistic recovery and celebrate progress.
