Encompass Health in Cahokia, IL is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care, supervise treatments, and develop personalized care plans that support independence and improved quality of life.

You will build meaningful patient relationships, assess progress, and celebrate each patient’s victories within a supportive team committed to compassionate rehabilitation.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients requiring occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Target and resolve patient concerns while monitoring progress toward recovery.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs and celebrate patient victories.
