Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist in Winfield, KS. The OT will perform clinical assessments, develop and revise care plans, and document progress notes under physician direction.

Strong infection control practices and durable medical equipment knowledge are essential. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule, full health, dental, and vision benefits, generous PTO, a vehicle allowance, and on-call pay for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR and Hepatitis profile.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and identify patient needs and appropriateness of care.
• Document, prepare, and complete a Plan of Care and progress notes.
• Revise the Plan of Care based on evaluation and ongoing assessment.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions in patient care.
• Accept clinical assignments aligned with education and competence.
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve desirable outcomes.
• Assess physical, social, and cultural components of the patient’s occupational environment.
