Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the patient's functional status and occupational therapy needs.
• Report to the nurse supervisor on patient's response to treatment.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate level of function.

Skills

Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
