Job summary

Altru Rehabilitation Hospital in North Dakota invites an Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care in our rehabilitation program. Full-time and PRN schedules available, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

You will assess patients, develop personalized care plans, supervise therapy activities, and collaborate with a compassionate team to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist per state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• Master's degree preferred, or bachelor's degree with sufficient field experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in need.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments, create personalized care plans.
• Build relationships by addressing physical, mental and emotional recovery needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress throughout rehabilitation.
