Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sarasota is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation team. You will deliver direct patient care, contribute to individual treatment plans, and help patients regain independence with compassionate, evidence-based therapies.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and tailor interventions to physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and contribute to successful recoveries.
