RESPEC is seeking Student Mining Engineering Interns for its 2027 Summer Internship Program in Lexington, KY. Interns will work with a growing North American engineering consulting firm on meaningful projects and gain hands-on experience in mining engineering and related CAD work.

Qualifications

• Must be working toward a Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Mining Engineering or a related field
• Sophomore standing or higher

Responsibilities

• Assist in projects that involve geologic and reserve modeling
• Perform annual mine sequencing for operations
• Assist in preparing technical documents, AutoCAD drawings, and project deliverables
• Other duties as assigned
