Job summary

The starting salary is $65,500 and increases with lead-teacher experience and graduate-level education; compensation follows the instructional salary scale and is non-negotiable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field.
• Commitment to working with students from communities with limited access to high-quality educational opportunities.
• At least one year of teaching experience in a PreK3–12th grade school OR an education degree that included student teaching/residency with full-classroom responsibility.
