Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related experience; alternative credentials may be considered with equivalency.
• Experience teaching in allied health or medical assisting is desirable.
• Ability to develop and update curriculum and focus on student learning outcomes.
• Familiarity with online, hybrid, and varied instructional settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Medical Assisting in multiple instructional settings including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain professional conduct and current industry knowledge.
• Use diverse teaching methods and technology-enabled delivery (face-to-face, online, hybrid).
• Communicate effectively with students and assess learning through exams and assignments.
• Prepare syllabi, maintain records, and submit grading and reports promptly.
