CleanSlate Centers, a national leader in addiction treatment, seeks a Medical Assistant II to support medical providers, perform clinical tasks, and ensure a seamless patient experience.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of a MA/Phlebotomy/EMT/LPN program; 1+ year MA or phlebotomy experience is preferred. BLS or ability to obtain within 90 days is desirable; proficient EMR use and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, EMT, or LPN program.
• 1+ year MA/phlebotomy experience preferred; willingness to train on injections.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for exams by gathering medical history and vitals.
• Perform phlebotomy, urine drug screenings, and CLIA-waived testing.
• Administer injections per provider direction and training.
• Assist with prescription management and medication counts.
• Support outreach: appointment reminders and patient follow-up.
• Maintain lab and PPE supplies; document outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with front desk and lab teams; uphold safety and confidentiality.
