Job summary

Sanford Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide comprehensive care for residents in long-term care settings. You will work under supervision to administer medications, perform nursing procedures, and support an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an LPN license, 3 months LTC experience (6 months preferred), and a minimum of 30 hours per month with at least one weekend shift per month. Premium pay and shift differentials apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Demonstrate nursing knowledge and care per the resident care plan.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and communicate with the care team.
