Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in Ohio. As a Partner in Caring, you will provide direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and a multi-disciplinary team, and help deliver person-centered services across various Otterbein communities and care settings.

The role offers full-time 3rd shift and PRN positions with starting wages at $28.00 per hour, plus a $3.00 differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio LPN license and CPR.
• At least 6 months direct care nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to residents.
• Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care.
• Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicate with nursing and other departments and service providers.
• Exhibit a positive professional image to residents, visitors, and staff.
• Perform related tasks as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.
