Smoky Ridge Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

You will administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life for residents. Join a supportive team that values dedication and compassionate care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care while promoting resident dignity and quality of life.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Perform assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians and therapists.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Complete accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advocate for residents’ needs and serve as a resource.
