Job summary

Link Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team in New Jersey. As a startup-style organization, we offer opportunities to shape programs, influence processes, and deliver patient-centered care that impacts communities we serve.

Duties include comprehensive behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, case management, crisis intervention, documentation, and client education.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Experience in behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Assessment: Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, including intake interviews, screenings, and evaluations to determine mental health and/or substance use needs.
• Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on client goals, preferences, and clinical needs.
• Therapeutic Intervention: Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Case Management: Coordinate with psychiatrists, medical doctors, social workers, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention services, including de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical documentation per ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
• Client Education: Educate clients and families about mental health and resources.
