Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with 3D CAD design (NX/Unigraphics preferred).
• Understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, and improve tooling used during jet engine disassembly and assembly operations.
• Develop innovative tooling solutions using ESW and customer design requirements.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using Siemens NX (Unigraphics).
• Perform engineering validation through hand calculations and FEA for structural integrity.
• Review tool bulletins and engineering notifications to implement revisions.
• Collaborate with mechanics, manufacturing engineers, machine shops, and quality teams to optimize tooling performance.
