Job summary

NeighborHealth in Boston seeks a part-time Internal Medicine physician to examine, diagnose and treat patients in the Adult Medicine department at 10 Gove Street and 20 Maverick Square.

You will conduct comprehensive exams, order tests, counsel patients, and collaborate with NP/PA/physician colleagues to coordinate primary care services. Massachusetts license required; bilingual skills preferred; Epic EMR experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts MD license; board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine.
• 1 year of primary care experience, preferably in a community health/ambulatory setting.
• Experience with Epic EMR system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtains a comprehensive and problem focused health history.
• Performs a comprehensive and problem focused physical exam.
• Orders and interprets screening and diagnostic tests.
• Collaborates with NP/PA/physician colleagues to coordinate care.
• Maintains a complete and confidential medical record.
