Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant professional experience in internal controls, auditing, accounting, financial analysis, or related fields.
• Experience conducting internal audits for Federal programs or financial management.
• Proficiency in OMB Circular A-123, ERM, GPRA, and GAGAS in a Federal setting.
• Ability to develop audit plans and prepare formal reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of ARPA-H programs and processes.
• Develop audit planning memoranda including objectives and methodologies.
• Coordinate with ARPA-H offices to obtain necessary documentation.
• Analyze financial and operational data to assess internal controls.
• Prepare final audit reports with findings and recommendations.
