Qualifications
10 years of relevant professional experience in internal controls, auditing, accounting, financial analysis, or related fields.
Experience conducting internal audits for Federal programs or financial management.
Proficiency in OMB Circular A-123, ERM, GPRA, and GAGAS in a Federal setting.
Ability to develop audit plans and prepare formal reports.
Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits of ARPA-H programs and processes.
Develop audit planning memoranda including objectives and methodologies.
Coordinate with ARPA-H offices to obtain necessary documentation.
Analyze financial and operational data to assess internal controls.
Prepare final audit reports with findings and recommendations.
