Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation to provide direct care and lead patient progress on a dedicated team. The role supports growth in a high-quality, technology-enabled PT program across our gyms and facilities.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients needing physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
