Job summary

Geisinger Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver direct inpatient rehab care, assess patients, and develop personalized treatment plans in a technology-enabled gym environment.

You will supervise care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, build relationships with patients and families, and pursue ongoing education and professional growth as part of a national leader in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred for advancement or leadership
• Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in physical therapy acceptable
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients needing physical therapy
• Supervising care and treatments, leading assessments and creating personalized care plans
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery
• Celebrating every victory along the way

Education

Master's Degree
