The ideal candidate has Infant Toddler Child Development Associate, at least 18, and 24 months teaching in licensed setting, with strong communication and family engagement skills. Position is full-time, on-site, with benefits.

Qualifications

• Infant/toddler credentials required; 24 months classroom teaching in a licensed center.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise and ensure health, well-being, and safety of children.
• Implement age-appropriate infant/toddler lesson plans and inclusive exploration.
• Demonstrate sound early childhood principles and effective teaching for infants/toddlers.
• Communicate with children, families, and staff to implement school readiness strategies.
• Make operational decisions with minimal guidance, maintaining professionalism.
• Facilitate family engagement experiences, including two home visits/parent conferences per year.
• Coordinate classroom staff and volunteers in the daily routine.
