Responsibilities

• Interview customers by phone to gather information for case actions.
• Review and apply policy to determine eligibility for financial assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, LIHEAP and other programs.
• Enter information into automated eligibility systems and perform manual calculations.
• Type clear comments explaining customer circumstances and changes in cases.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and deadlines.
