Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license required.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of related experience.
• International Code Council (ICC) certifications in all four Commercial disciplines required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of residential and commercial construction projects.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all inspections.
• Investigate complaints regarding unauthorized construction.
