Evidence of a high school diploma with two years of experience and Certified Occupancy Specialist certification (or willingness to certify within six months) is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Occupancy Specialist or ability to certify within six months.

Responsibilities

• Manage the resident selection by determining eligibility and income verification.
• Determine monthly rental payments and ensure compliance with HUD/Rural Development and LIHTC.
• Develop advertising within fair housing requirements; knowledge of MN housing laws.
• Manage housing processes from application to move-out and ensure compliance with HUD 4350.3 and related programs.
• Correspond with residents, caretakers, and regulatory agencies providing required documentation.
