Job summary

Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital in Elko, NV is seeking a Supply Chain Technician to help keep nursing and other departments stocked with essential supplies. You will work as part of a small, collaborative team, performing routine inventory tasks and coordinating with multiple hospital departments to ensure timely deliveries.

The role is part-time, Monday through Friday mornings, offering opportunities to learn its computer systems and contribute to patient care.

Qualifications

Experience in inventory, receiving, stocking or related supply chain roles preferred.
Healthcare or hospital experience not required.
Good communication and teamwork.
Ability to learn multiple computer systems (Oracle or RF-SMART helpful).

Responsibilities

Stock and maintain medical and office supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and replenish to par levels.
Perform routine cycle counts and update inventory records.
Receive shipments, verify deliveries, report discrepancies.
Enter receipts into applicable computer systems.
Deliver supplies to hospital departments in a timely manner.
Assist with receiving dock activities and respond to requests.
Complete clerical tasks in Supply Chain operations, including outgoing mail.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and hospital departments with initiative and attention to detail.
Perform other duties as assigned.
