Responsibilities

  • Review Requisitioned Items report for ordering errors.
  • Process and submit orders to vendors daily.
  • Ensure confirmations are received from vendors when orders are placed.
  • Manage the PMM eRequisitioning system for online department orders.
  • Coordinate purchasing for goods and services to standard PO processes.
  • Handle repairs and returns to vendors.
  • Investigate PO issues and assist departments to resolution.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office and accounting principles.
  • Maintain attention to detail and multi-task efficiently.
  • Maintain regular attendance.
