Qualifications

• CNA certification current and in good standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient use of basic computer and technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, exercises, and ambulation per regulations.
• Use safe body mechanics during care and transfers.
• Record vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Prepare light meals and assist with household tasks essential to health.
• Maintain ongoing educational requirements (12 hours).
