Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Medical Social Worker license is required.
• Minimum five years of clinical social work experience.
• Ability to assess psychosocial factors and develop care plans.

Responsibilities

• Guide and counsel individuals and families in crisis.
• Assist clients in obtaining government funds, education, or treatment.
• Secure information and evaluate client factors to determine problems.
• Help patients and families through conferences regarding plans for meeting needs.
• Develop a service plan to restore the patient to optimal social and health adjustment.
• Support clients in modifying attitudes and behavior to improve functioning.
