Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in the home setting. You will work to improve mobility and independence, implementing skilled therapies per physician orders and the established plan of care.

The role requires a valid state license, automobile liability coverage, reliable transportation, and the ability to drive in all weather conditions. A branch director will provide supervision and support throughout your tenure.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Our Physical Therapists examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities.
• Improve mobility and function, independent self‑care, and other daily living skills.
• Administers skilled care to clients under physician orders and plan of care, under supervision of Branch Director.
