Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home OT services. You will assess and treat patients to improve daily living activities and motor skills, following the plan of care and physician orders under the supervision of the Branch Director.

Qualifications include a degree from an approved OT program and active state licensure. One year of home health experience is preferred; Medicare home health experience is also desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed to practice OT in the state.
• Medicare home health experience preferred.
• Experience of at least one year preferred, depending on leadership approval.

Responsibilities

• Help patients in their homes improve daily living activities and basic motor functions.
• Provide skilled OT services under physicians' orders and plan of care, under supervision of Branch Director.
