A leading home health care provider in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one, client-centered therapy in patients' homes. This role aims to help individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life. Qualifications

• Active Virginia OT license.

Responsibilities
