Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assist homebound patients in regaining independence and daily living skills. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve function in home settings.

The role requires OT licensure in the state and a graduate OT degree, with a preference for experience in Medicare home health and at least one year in the field. Options for growth and ongoing professional development are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state where you practice.
• A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with VP/Regional Director approval based on prior experience.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients in the home improve daily living skills and independence.
• Use treatments to develop daily living and basic motor functions, and compensate for losses as needed.
