Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking Occupational Therapists/OTs to help patients in the home regain daily living skills and independence under physician orders. You will teach families and patients while delivering skilled care aligned with the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which they currently practice.
• A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with Regional VP/Regional Director approval based on prior experience setting.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients in the home improve daily living skills and basic motor functions.
• Teach family and health care team members as part of the plan of care.
• Administer skilled OT services under physician orders and Branch Director supervision.
