Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a licensed professional to provide skilled home health care in the Anniston area. The nurse will administer care per physician orders and care plans, while teaching patients and families about care procedures.

A current license and CPR certification are required. Minimum of one year of licensed professional experience and basic tech skills, including mobile device use, are also required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they practice.
• Minimum of one year licensed professional experience.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients per physician orders and care plan.
• Educate patients, families, and other members of the health care team on care plan and procedures.
