Job summary

Adams County School District 14 seeks a Mathematics/Science/ELAR/Social Studies Teacher - Secondary Core for an 188-day academic year. This exempt role reports to the Campus Principal and requires Colorado educator licensure and endorsement.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; fingerprint background check required. Responsibilities include delivering standards-based instruction, differentiating for diverse learners, collaborating with staff, and using data to drive instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Colorado educator license and endorsement for the assigned subject.
• Fingerprint/background check required.
• Completion of an approved educator preparation program or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to the district curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction for diverse learners including ELLs and students with IEPs.
• Use data to inform instruction and MTSS processes.
• Maintain accurate grading records and communicate with families and students.
