Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach individual participants in skills for successful performance.
• Provide a positive learning environment for athletes.
• Plan and schedule a regular practice program in-season.
• Manage athlete behavior during training and meets.
• Maintain records and prepare team rosters and end-of-year inventory.
• Oversee facility safety and equipment/space readiness.
• Coordinate with Athletic Director on interscholastic contests.
• Enforce discipline and sportsmanship at all times.
