Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and obtain a CDA credential within 2 years.
• Experience with preschool children preferred (1 year).
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support children's social and emotional development using positive guidance.
• Help maintain a safe, healthy classroom and assist with bus safety.
• Observe, assess, and help plan activities to meet each child’s needs.
• Conduct home visits, attend parent meetings, and communicate with families.
